Warning: another animal dance video. If you don’t like to see people dancing with animals, skip this one. This video did go viral, so you may have seen it already. Some animals really do have a sense of rhythm and actually choose to dance when motivated by music, just like humans. See https://www.stepsontoes.com/2013/04/319/. Sometimes the animal is just having fun playing with its human friend. Dancing dogs are a great example of this. I’ve never seen a dog actually respond to a dance beat, but they can be trained to look like they do. In this clip, the human is using music and dance to enjoy a playful moment with an animal friend. The raccoon is just enjoying interacting with his human friend. He doesn’t care about the music or the dance, but it makes for a fun moment to watch anyway. And it’s a good example of a good freestyle dancer, with or without the raccoon!
