Introduction To Freestyle Dancing!
This is a great way to get started dancing! Keep it simple and you'll do great, or go crazy and have fun. Nothing you do is wrong in freestyle!
If you are one of those people who feels mortified just getting up to dance because you have no idea if what you are doing "counts" as "real" dancing, check out this video.
Most of the occasions in which you might find yourself being asked to dance are going to be freestyle situations.
This is the one kind of dancing that most people assume everyone can do, so if you are not one of those people who can "just do it", this video is for you. Perfect for practicing by yourself when you are sheltering at home.

She is a miracle worker! While my wife is an incredible dancer, I have no rhythm and we had never really slow danced together, other than the slow dance shuffle that anyone who doesn't know how to dance does. In about five sessions, LaurieAnn taught us the Fox Trot, as well as an inside and outside turn and cute intro, which looked so elegant and as if we had danced together for years.
